At Duo Glow by Gazelle, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted lip care products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds or returns under any circumstances.

However, if you receive an incorrect item, we are happy to make it right. To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Wrong Item Sent – If you receive an incorrect product, please email us at info@duoglowbygazelle.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo proof of the incorrect item.

Requests submitted after the 2-day window will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided, lost/stolen/damaged packages, or dissatisfaction with texture, color, or scent preferences.
